Refund Policy

At Hidden Pulls, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we do make exceptions for certain cases as outlined below.

All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Changing your mind

  • Condition expectations (unless significantly misrepresented)

  • Ordering the wrong item by mistake

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing Fee
If a refund is issued (outside of an error on our part), a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund total. This covers the non-refundable transaction fee charged by our payment processor.

Lost or Missing Mail

  • For tracked shipments, if your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us to initiate an investigation.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be granted in cases where the issue is verified and approved by our team. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the 3% processing fee (unless the error was on our part).
